1. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session or no refund will be granted.
Rescheduling is allowed once with no additional fee, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
If rescheduling is not possible or the Client is a no-show, the payment will be non-refundable.
2. Lateness Policy
Sessions start at the agreed time. If the Client is late, time may be deducted from the session, you may be charged a late fee, or the session may be cancelled without refund.
3. Image Delivery
All digital images will be delivered the same day via an online gallery.
4. Image Rights & Usage
DG Studios retains the copyright to all images.
Clients receive a personal-use license, allowing them to print and share images for personal use only.
DeetsGalleery may use images for portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Cooperation
The Client agrees to cooperate during the session and follow the Photographer’s guidance.

Children should be supervised at all times.

6. Liability
DG Studios is not liable for injuries, property damage, or unforeseen events that may occur during the session.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances preventing image delivery, the Photographer’s liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding the session fee.
7. Health Safety
If the Client or anyone in their party is feeling unwell, or have been exposed to any other Virus the session must be rescheduled.
The Photographer agrees to follow all current health and safety guidelines.
8. Agreement Acknowledgment
By booking a session, the Client agrees to all terms listed in this agreement.
A signed version may be requested for studio or commercial sessions.
